Which size should I choose?
Square 1080×1080 shows in full on the profile grid, while 1080×1350 takes more room in the feed. Platforms change their rules, so check the app if a size is rejected.
Will the whole photo fit?
Fill and crop trims the edges to fill the frame. Choose Fit inside to keep everything with white bars.
